ABOUT THE COURSE:Conditioning Program Design will teach you about conditioning science and how to design fitness programs to improve conditioning capacity. Any individual who is engaging in a sporting activity like a competitive athlete/recreational athlete, a coach, a sports science professional, a medical professional, or a fitness enthusiast can advance their theoretical concepts behind conditioning and learn practical knowledge on how to design a fitness program to improve their sports conditioning capacity. Concepts of fitness program design will be taught to apply beyond the theory. Sports Conditioning for hockey, tennis, badminton, javelin throw, sprints, boxing etc will be covered in the course.INTENDED AUDIENCE: The course is designed to cater to active population with an interest in exercise physiology, providing them with valuable knowledge and insights applicable to human performance, fitness training, and overall health and well-being. The intended population includes but is not limited to Athletes, Coaches, Strength & Conditioning specialists, Sports Science professionals, Physiotherapists, Physical trainers etc.PREREQUISITES: 12 Pass or equivalentINDUSTRY SUPPORT: Sports Authority of India, National Federations & their Affiliated State Associations, Various Clubs, Khelo India Academies, Private Academies, etc.
