    • Apply privacy, consent, and safe-use principles to coach nurses on ambient recording, including when to pause or stop recording.
    • Coach and lead nurses through care out loud practice using supportive strategies, including addressing common challenges and facilitating short role-play exercises.
  • This module equips you with the skills to sustain adoption through clear expectations, reinforcement strategies, and post–go‑live leadership behaviors.
