Course 1: Success Strategies for Women in the Workplace
-Explore strategies designed to help women fast-track their professional development, including how to be a self-advocate and deal with dominant personalities.

Course 2: Using Gender Inclusive Language
-Explore core concepts in critical thinking and practical strategies for using gender-inclusive language in the workplace.

Course 3: Developing Leadership Presence
-Learn how to develop your leadership presence to stand out from the crowd, inspire confidence, gain leadership opportunities, and be successful as a leader.

Course 4: Persuading Others
-Ensure that your ideas get a fair hearing by cultivating your persuasion skills. Discover how to establish credibility and how make it easier for people to respond with a "yes."

Course 5: Negotiation Foundations
-Learn core negotiation skills to get win-win outcomes every time.

Course 6: Inclusive Female Leadership
-Learn how women in leadership roles can effectively navigate biases, stereotypes, and other challenges to lead organizations with confidence.

Course 7: Getting a Seat at the Table and Making It Count
-Learn about specific steps and strategies for how to get a seat at the table and make it count as a worker from an underrepresented group.
