You'll shift focus from self to others by learning to observe Talent Themes, map intrinsic motivators, and flex your communication style. You'll lay the first bricks of psychological safety so your team feels safe to speak up, dissent, and take interpersonal risks.

You'll apply the SBI model, diagnose where your team sits in Tuckman's lifecycle, and facilitate resolution between teammates without imposing your own answers.
