I enjoyed the recipes however when presenting such a class I would think that the instructor would concentrate on the nutrition stating the ingredients that she put in what type of nutrition do they bring to the table do they assist as far as vitamins nutrients. Each particular vegetable or fruit should be discussed on how it can contribute to the individual health wise since we're speaking on nutrition. I did enjoy the recipes not trying to be too critical but I did enjoy the recipe just saying that from a standpoint of educating someone on nutrition I feel that the lecture could have been presented a little better.

It motivated me to eat healthier and be more aware of ingredients. I would recommend this session to anyone who wants to improve their diet and prevent health problems in the future.

execellent video, got to learn so many new things about diabetes and diet nutrition. Diabetic diet chart should be like this the way they explained
  • I like that all of the salads were able to be made quickly. The teacher was quick to respond to questions & even gave detailed answers throughout the videos. I like the fact that she explained that we can incorporate our own ideas into it to suit our own tastes or improvise if we're lacking ingredients or spices & that we don't have to make ours exactly the same. They all look like they're diabetic friendly yet sweet, but not too sweet at the same time. I definitely recommend this class as part of a Diabetes learning course. THANK YOU Jessica!

I felt that the ingredient slides were not legible. Otherwise very informative session of recipes. Though something other than salads should also be added like a full course meal plan for diabetic patients.
