Appraisal and Performance Management

This module explores the principles and practices of teacher appraisal and performance management, focusing on leadership roles, bureaucratic challenges, and effective feedback mechanisms. Learners will gain insights into designing and implementing fair and motivating evaluation systems in educational settings.

Resource Management

This module explores the principles and practices of resource management in educational settings, covering how institutions acquire, allocate, and evaluate resources to improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency.

Leadership Preparation and Development

This module explores the role of leadership in education, the importance of structured development programs, and how cultural and contextual factors influence leadership strategies.
