An Ethics of Educational Leadership for Turbulent and Complex Times

This module explores the evolving nature of ethical leadership in education, focusing on how leaders can address complex, future-oriented challenges while balancing traditional moral responsibilities. It examines new perspectives such as sustainability and 'wicked' problems to develop more adaptive and inclusive leadership practices.

Solo and Shared Leadership

This module explores the evolution of educational leadership, focusing on shared and distributed leadership models. Excellence in Educational Leadership
