Syllabus

Introduction and Capabilities of Generative AI
- This module introduces the fundamentals of generative artificial intelligence and its evolution over time. You will learn how generative AI differs from discriminative AI and explore the core capabilities of generative models. The module also examines how generative AI can create text, images, code, speech, video, and other forms of content. Through examples and hands-on practice, you will gain an understanding of how these capabilities are used in real-world scenarios.
Applications and Tools of Generative AI
- This module explores how generative AI is applied across different industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, education, entertainment, and human resources. You will examine how generative AI tools support tasks such as text generation, image creation, code generation, and audio and video production. The module also introduces commonly used generative AI models and platforms and demonstrates their capabilities through practical examples and hands-on labs.
Course Quiz, Project, and Wrap-up
- This module provides an opportunity to reinforce and apply the concepts learned throughout the course. You will complete a final project that involves generating and refining outputs such as text, images, and code using generative AI tools. The module also includes a graded quiz to assess your understanding of the key topics covered in the course.
