The 30-hour OSHA course is designed specifically for construction supervisors and workers with safety responsibilities who need advanced training. This comprehensive program provides in-depth instruction on recognizing, avoiding, controlling, and preventing safety and health hazards in construction industry workplaces. Students gain essential knowledge about workers' rights, employer legal responsibilities, and complaint procedures. The course is taught by an Occupational Safety and Health Administration-authorized instructor. Upon successful completion, students receive a card documenting their training achievement.

Students must communicate fluently with the instructor in the language in which the course is conducted.
Course Materials and Fees:
Materials provided include pens, comprehensive instruction booklets, assessments, instructional videos, PowerPoint presentations, instructor evaluation sheets, and attendance documentation. The course fee covers administrative processing, all materials, and certificates. Extra booklets, certificate replacements, and mailing certificates are available for purchase.

Course Completion Requirements:
To successfully complete the 30-hour OSHA course and receive your certificate or card, you must:
- Communicate clearly with your instructor and complete all required paperwork in the language the course is delivered in; no personal interpreters are permitted
- Complete all required documentation, including registration forms, evaluation sheets, and attendance records
- Attend all required course hours; any make-up sessions must be completed within six months of the course start date
- Participate actively in class activities and course reviews
- Complete all assessments with a passing grade of 70 percent or higher
Important Course Information
During the course, you must participate in all activities, remain online throughout sessions, and complete all required forms and assessments. If you are completing this course to obtain an SST card, inform your administrator so you can receive the online SST card request form. SST cards are issued in person at our office for identity verification purposes. As a training provider, we are required to report your training status to the NYC Department of Buildings, ensuring you experience no issues after completion. Your information will be transmitted to the NYC DOB the day following course completion.
Certificate and Card Release Timeline
Certificates and cards will be issued within two weeks of course completion, with the exception of OSHA cards, which require three months for processing and issuance.
Completion Standards
To receive your certificate or card, you must be able to communicate clearly with your instructor and complete all paperwork in the language the course is delivered in, with no personal interpreters permitted. You must complete all required paperwork, attend all course hours, participate in class activities and reviews, and achieve a passing grade of 70 percent or higher on all tests. No exceptions will be made, and no partial credit is awarded for any course component.
