This 45-minute chair yoga class offers a gentle and supportive approach to movement, designed to promote mind-body awareness while improving flexibility, range of motion, strength, stability, and balance. Find an accessible way to start moving again and build strength with the support of a chair and individualized modifications. Particularly beneficial for those new to yoga, individuals who have difficulty getting to the floor, those experiencing muscle or joint pain, energy loss, or balance issues due to peripheral neuropathy. All experience levels are welcome in this inclusive practice. Brought to you by the Leonard P.
