This specialization provides an in-depth, multi-dimensional understanding of women’s health through three integrated courses: pelvic floor function, movement for menopause, and hypermobility. Learners explore the anatomy, physiology, and movement patterns that influence women’s well-being across all life stages. Combining expert-led video tutorials, illustrated resources, and practical assignments, this program equips healthcare and fitness professionals with the tools to assess, guide, and support women holistically.
Syllabus
- Course 1: Integrated Pelvic Floor Health and Function
- Course 2: Movement Strategies for Menopause Health
- Course 3: Clinical Approaches to Assessing & Managing Hypermobility
Courses
-
By the end of this course, you will (1) identify and differentiate hypermobility spectrum disorders and (2) develop safe treatment plans to manage associated pain and instability. Presented by Dr. Linda Bluestein, MD—an expert in connective tissue disorders—this course clarifies the clinical distinctions among generalized joint hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, and related conditions. You’ll explore the biomechanical, genetic, and systemic contributors to hypermobility and learn assessment tools such as the Beighton Score. Practical modules demonstrate stabilization, strength, and proprioceptive strategies for athletes and general clients. This course is unique for blending medical expertise with actionable, movement-based techniques, equipping practitioners to reduce pain, enhance joint control, and build patient resilience through evidence-based, integrative care.

By the end of this course, you will (1) explain pelvic floor anatomy and function within a whole-body framework and (2) apply safe, evidence-based strategies to assess and support pelvic health. Led by physiotherapist and women’s health expert Sonja Forster, this program offers a deep understanding of the pelvic floor’s role in posture, breathing, and core stability. You’ll learn to identify common dysfunctions, interpret movement and muscle coordination patterns, and apply clinical reasoning to choose effective interventions. Through detailed video lessons, illustrated materials, and real-world examples, you’ll connect theory with practical application. This course stands out for linking pelvic health to the broader kinetic chain, empowering professionals to integrate movement, breath, and awareness for long-term wellness outcomes.

By the end of this course, you will (1) describe physiological and biomechanical changes during menopause and (2) implement movement, Pilates, and lifestyle strategies to improve health and quality of life. Under the guidance of physiotherapist Phillipa Butler, you’ll learn how hormonal changes affect bone, muscle, and connective tissue, and how exercise can mitigate symptoms and long-term risks. Step-by-step demonstrations and practical assignments show how to build programs that reduce pain, improve stability, and restore confidence. What makes this course unique is its integration of medical insight with accessible, movement-based interventions suitable for clinic or studio use. Professionals gain the knowledge to confidently support women through this transition with empathy, safety, and effectiveness.
