Phillipa Butler is a Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive experience across both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, specializing in rehabilitation following injury, illness, and physical dysfunction.

Phillipa is also a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher, Hatha Yoga instructor, and meditation teacher. Her integrated approach combines physiotherapy principles with movement awareness, controlled exercise progression, breathing, posture, strength, balance, and whole-person wellbeing.
