Week 3: Analysing RNA-sequencing and Transcriptomic Data (GKP)

Week 4: Systems Approach in Biology, Mathematical Modelling Techniques for Biologists, Different Types and Approaches to Modelling (RP)

Week 5: Steps Involved in developing mathematical models for Biological Systems and examples (RP)

Week 6: Online tools for network visualization and analysis: Cytoscape, UCSC browser, and Galaxy (GKP)

Week 7: Protein Structure Prediction and Visualization (RP)

Week 8: Protein and Drug Interactions (GKP)
