In this course, you'll continue developing your project management skills by establishing project costs and cost baselines, reconciling funding and costs, and determining the burn rate for adaptive teams. You'll also create a risk management plan, identify risks and triggers, analyze risks, and develop a risk response plan. Then, you'll deliver project results and verify compliance requirements. This is the second course in a multi-course Specialization. All of the courses in this Specialization require that you have a recent version of Microsoft Word and Excel installed in order to open the course data files. In this course, you'll continue developing your project management skills by monitoring and controlling the project schedule, optimizing a predictive schedule, and monitoring and controlling project costs. You'll also monitor and control risks, put quality plans into action, and control project quality. This is the fourth course in a multi-course Specialization. This course will be useful for anyone who might need to perform project management activities in their job roles on either a formal or informal basis, or any individual who wants to build upon their current project management knowledge to be more productively involved on a project team. In this course, you'll define project management basics and identify influencing factors. You'll also identify project stakeholders, authorize a project, and identify the project scope. Then, you'll develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), identify activity resources, estimate time, plan an adaptive project, develop a project schedule, and create an initial release plan. This is the first course in a multi-course Specialization. To round out your data-analysis skills in project management, you'll communicate during a project, manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, and report on project performance. You'll also perform sprint reviews and retrospectives and coordinate releases and deployment planning. Finally, you'll deliver the final product, close project procurements, and then close the project. This is the fifth and final course in a multi-course Specialization.
