This course applies evaluation concepts and methods to community-service organisations. Learners develop theory of change and program logic, establish ethical evaluation protocols, and design data collection and analysis approaches for effective evaluation projects.

Syllabus

Apply knowledge of evaluation concepts and methods in developing an organisation’s theory of change and program logic.
Develop ethical evaluation protocols and standards to improve organisational performance with integrity.
Analyse approaches, strategies and methods of collecting and analysing data in designing effective evaluation projects.
