Delve into the integration of ethics, social responsibility, and key competencies within responsible management education. This course highlights approaches to teaching sustainability, human rights, anti-corruption, and leadership for positive social impact. Learners will explore how responsible management education addresses pressing social issues such as gender equality, poverty, climate change, and anti-corruption. Emphasis is placed on developing critical competencies and understanding the broader social impact of responsible management. This course is part two of a three-course Specialization designed to build a complete and cohesive understanding of the subject. While it offers valuable skills on its own, you'll gain the most benefit by progressing through all three courses as a structured learning journey. Virtues in Responsible Management Education: Building Character

Learners will examine how virtues shape responsible organizational behavior and how leaders can foster ethical practices through organizational conditions. The content bridges philosophical concepts with real-world applications in business ethics education.
Radical-Reflexivity and Transdisciplinarity as Paths to Developing Responsible Management Education
