  • Translate market research into clear requirements and evaluation factors.
  • Draft planning artifacts with audit-ready rationale.

Module 3: Source Selection

  • Structure evaluation criteria and rating methods for best value.
  • Run compliant, well-documented evaluations and communications.
  • Document award decisions with defensible tradeoffs.

Module 4: Performance & Administration

  • Baseline cost, schedule, and quality and monitor contractor performance.
  • Manage modifications, claims, and performance issues with the COR.
  • Keep the contract file current and accurate.

Module 5: Putting It All Together

  • Apply an end-to-end case tying planning, selection, and administration.
  • Identify lessons learned to improve future acquisitions.
