In this course, you’ll focus on how you show up as a leader—through your presence, communication, and the trust you build with others. You’ll explore how leaders influence culture, lead beyond formal authority, and communicate with clarity and confidence. You’ll also examine what builds (and erodes) credibility and how to strengthen trust in your day-to-day leadership.
