Syllabus

  • Listening and Communication That Matter
    • Strong leadership starts with how you show up in conversations. In this module, you’ll develop the communication skills that separate reactive managers from intentional leaders. You’ll explore how effective listening builds trust, how strategic dialogue influences outcomes, and how clear, confident communication drives alignment and performance. Rather than focusing on theory alone, this module emphasizes practical, real-world application. You’ll examine how your current communication habits impact your team, learn how to listen with purpose, and practice delivering messages with clarity and confidence—even in complex or high-stakes situations. By the end of this module, you’ll be equipped with tools you can immediately apply to strengthen relationships, improve team dynamics, and lead conversations that move work forward.
  • Feedback, Coaching, and Performance Growth
    • This module focuses on how effective leaders develop people—not through one-time evaluations, but through consistent, intentional conversations that drive performance and growth. You’ll learn how to shift from reactive feedback to ongoing performance dialogue, use coaching as a tool for development (not correction), and actively build talent within your team. Rather than viewing performance management as a task, this module positions it as a leadership practice that strengthens trust, accountability, and long-term capability. By the end, you’ll be equipped to guide performance, unlock potential, and create a culture where growth is expected, supported, and sustained.
  • Accountability, Conflict, and Collective Performance
    • This module focuses on the leadership skills required when situations become challenging—when performance needs to be addressed directly, accountability must be reinforced, and teams must work together to deliver results. You’ll learn how to navigate difficult performance conversations with clarity and respect, hold individuals accountable without damaging trust, and lead teams toward shared outcomes. Rather than avoiding tension or overcorrecting, this module positions leaders to address issues early, manage conflict constructively, and create a culture where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand. By the end, you’ll be equipped to lead through complexity, strengthen team performance, and handle the moments that define leadership credibility.
