    • Feedback can either fuel growth or create frustration, depending on how and when it’s delivered. In this module, you’ll learn how to give purposeful, personalized, timely, and specific feedback so you can drive real behavior change, strengthen trust, and turn everyday conversations into performance breakthroughs.
  • Receiving Feedback
    • Receiving feedback well is just as important as giving it, yet it’s often where growth breaks down. In this module, you’ll learn how to listen actively, manage defensiveness, navigate emotional conversations, and close the gap between intention and behavior so you can turn feedback into insight, stronger relationships, and meaningful personal growth.
  • Confronting Undesired Behavior
    • Addressing undesired behavior is one of the most challenging responsibilities of leadership, yet avoiding it only allows problems to grow. In this module, you’ll learn how to diagnose the root cause of poor performance, have direct and empathetic conversations, and take appropriate action when needed so you can protect your culture, support growth, and maintain clear performance standards.
  • Feedback Expectations
    • Great leaders don’t leave feedback to chance. They create clear expectations around how it’s given, measured, and valued across the team. In this module, you’ll learn how to balance the frequency of feedback, use data to guide performance conversations, and recognize the impact of mid-performing team members so you can create a culture where steady growth and contribution are consistently reinforced.
  • Informal Feedback
    • The most powerful feedback cultures aren’t built in formal reviews. They’re shaped in everyday moments and conversations that reinforce trust and growth. In this module, you’ll learn how to foster informal feedback, share ownership across the team, use the right feedback methods, and strengthen relational leadership so feedback becomes a natural, ongoing driver of performance.
