The Accountability Bootcamp for Managers is a practical, skills-based course designed for new managers who need to build trust, drive performance, and create teams where accountability is the norm, not the exception. In today’s fast-paced workplace, managers who avoid accountability conversations risk missed deadlines, disengaged employees, and declining results. Success depends on your ability to set clear expectations, follow through consistently, and foster a culture where everyone takes ownership of outcomes. This course provides comprehensive coverage of three core management capabilities: Building a Culture of Accountability, where you'll learn to replace blame with ownership and shared responsibility; Setting Clear Expectations for Success, where you'll master frameworks like SMART goals to establish alignment and clarity; and Driving Accountability Through Feedback and Follow-Through, where you'll practice using the SBI feedback model and follow-up systems to handle performance challenges with confidence. Through real-world case scenarios, hands-on accountability labs, and guided coaching reflections, you'll learn to apply practical tools that strengthen your leadership voice and build credibility with your team. Whether you're managing a small group for the first time or stepping into a manager-of-managers role, this course equips you with the confidence, strategies, and systems to transform accountability from a dreaded conversation into a daily leadership habit that drives trust, alignment, and results.
