Syllabus

Foundations of Leadership Presence

This module introduces the core foundations of leadership presence, emphasizing that leadership is not defined by title, but by behavior, mindset, and impact. You will explore how leadership shows up in everyday actions, how leaders shape culture through their behavior, and what it means to take ownership of your role as a leader. Through reflection and application, this module challenges you to move beyond task execution and begin leading with intention, influence, and accountability, regardless of formal authority.

Leading With Awareness and Judgement

This module focuses on the internal and interpersonal skills that drive effective leadership: self-awareness, sound judgment, and intentional communication. You will explore how clarity and confidence shape leadership communication, how trust is built (and broken) through everyday actions, and how strengths can become blind spots without reflection and feedback. By developing greater awareness of your own behaviors and decision-making patterns, you will strengthen your ability to lead with consistency, credibility, and impact in complex situations.

Leadership Presence in Practice

This module brings leadership presence to life by focusing on how leaders consistently show up, influence others, and sustain effectiveness over time. You will explore what leadership presence looks like in action, how to influence without relying on formal authority, and how to maintain credibility, resilience, and impact in the long term. Through practical application, this module reinforces that leadership is not a one-time act, but a consistent pattern of behavior that shapes outcomes, relationships and performance.
