Women’s leadership often requires balancing strategic clarity, strong relationships, and confident negotiation while navigating communication dynamics and bias that can shape how ideas are received. In CREO Women’s Leadership: Strategy, Relationships & Negotiation Course, you will build practical tools to increase your impact in your current role and strengthen how you influence decisions. You’ll start by bringing a strategic focus to your work clarifying where you create the most value, aligning your strengths with organisational priorities, and using simple frameworks to set priorities and communicate your direction. You’ll then develop a stronger communication presence by understanding how gender can affect workplace interactions, using body language intentionally, and applying the Resonance Alignment Framework to ensure your message lands with clarity and confidence. Next, you’ll learn how to build productive, high-trust relationships by becoming a trusted advisor, mapping influence, and using the Strategic Relationship Architecture framework to invest in the relationships that matter most. Finally, you’ll strengthen your negotiation approach creating impact without replicating dominance, building trust and continuity, and applying the Quadric Balance Framework to negotiate outcomes while protecting credibility and long-term relationships. By the end of this course, you will be able to set a clearer strategic direction in your role, communicate with stronger presence, build high-trust professional relationships, and negotiate confidently for outcomes that support your goals and long-term influence.

Syllabus

  • Bringing a Strategic Focus to Your Role
    • This module helps you shift from being “busy and capable” to being strategically impactful. You will clarify how your role creates value, identify where your contribution matters most, and align your strengths and capabilities with the priorities of your team or organization. You’ll learn how to translate your goals into a clear vision, then use the Strategic Focus Alignment Map (SFAM) to choose what to prioritize, what to say no to, and how to communicate your focus with confidence.
  • Communicating as a Woman
    • This module strengthens your ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence while navigating how gender can shape how messages are received in professional settings. You’ll explore common communication patterns and biases that affect women leaders, then build practical tools to increase presence through verbal choices and body language. Using the Resonance Alignment Framework (RAF), you’ll learn how to align your intention, message, and delivery so your ideas land with the impact you intend.
  • Building Productive Relationships
    • This module helps you build high-trust relationships that support your leadership growth and increase your influence. You’ll learn how to become a trusted advisor, strengthen credibility across different stakeholders, and map influence so you know where to invest your time and energy. Using the Strategic Relationship Architecture (SRA) Framework, you’ll build a practical approach to initiating, maintaining, and deepening key relationships without feeling transactional.
  • Gender and Negotiation
    • This module helps you negotiate with confidence and impact while navigating the real dynamics that women often face at the table. You’ll learn how to create strong outcomes without copying dominant or aggressive styles, and how to build trust and continuity so agreements hold over time. Using practical tools including trust rhythms and the Quadric Balance Framework you’ll learn to balance value, relationships, power dynamics, and long-term credibility.
  • Networking For Women
    • This module equips you to lead with clarity and influence by sharpening your strategic direction, strengthening the relationships that power your leadership, and negotiating with confidence (without compromising your authenticity). You will explore how women leaders can make purposeful strategic choices, build and sustain relationship capital across teams and stakeholders, and handle high-stakes conversations where priorities, power dynamics, and expectations collide. You’ll practise practical tools to communicate your value, set boundaries, and move from “nice and competent” to “trusted and influential,” while staying aligned with your values and leadership style.
