Syllabus

  • Delegation
    • In this module, you’ll develop the skills needed to delegate with purpose, prioritize tasks and match responsibilities to the right team members based on their skills, capacity, and development needs. You’ll also explore how to set clear expectations and maintain accountability within your team, enabling them to take ownership of their work while delivering strong results.
  • Motivation
    • In this module, you’ll explore what truly drives employee motivation and how to apply those insights as a manager. You’ll learn to distinguish between intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, identify common barriers that impact performance, diagnose the root causes of motivation challenges, and develop practical strategies to motivate yourself and your team.
  • Coaching and Employee Development
    • In this module, you’ll build your ability to develop others through coaching and meaningful conversations. You’ll examine the role of a manager as a coach and learn how to communicate feedback in a growth-focused way. You’ll also explore how to encourage mentorship and contribute to a culture of continuous learning on your team so that employees feel supported in building skills and progressing over time.
