Syllabus

Establishing Psychological Safety and Team Climate
- Your team's ability to innovate is shaped less by individual talent and more by the everyday climate you create as their leader. In this module, you'll define what team climate actually is, build the psychological safety your people need to take creative risks, and use positive emotion and play to raise the frequency and quality of their ideas.
Activating Diversity, Recognition, and Autonomy
- Your most powerful creativity levers may already be sitting inside your team, unused, simply because no one has paired the right people together, recognized the right behavior, or given anyone room to chase an idea. In this module, you'll build collaboration around genuinely diverse perspectives, recognize creative effort in ways that reinforce it, and design real autonomy into your team's time so their best ideas get room to develop.
Fostering Collaboration Through Vision, Trust, and Empathy
- Individual talent and good intentions only get a team so far; real creative output depends on how well people actually collaborate, across your team and beyond it. In this module, you'll build a vision your team genuinely shares, establish a culture where asking for and giving help is normal, structure regular reflection so your team learns fast, connect across the boundaries that typically separate teams, and bring empathy for the people you serve into how your team works.
Coaching Techniques for Creative Team Growth
- The instinct to simply tell your people what to do is often fastest in the moment, but it quietly trains them to stop thinking for themselves. In this module, you'll shift from telling to asking, deliver feedback that fuels creative risk-taking instead of shutting it down, identify and amplify the specific strengths each person brings, and structure your 1-on-1s around real, meaningful momentum rather than status updates.
