Every organization depends on leaders who can think creatively and turn that thinking into validated business results, yet most leadership training stops at surface-level creativity hacks. Across three courses, you'll dismantle the myths limiting your own creative thinking and apply techniques like SCAMPER and powerful questioning, build the psychological safety, coaching, and team culture that let your team's best ideas surface, and apply structured innovation methods such as brainstorming, value engineering, TRIZ, and patent research to generate and validate concepts your business can act on. By the end, you'll have a complete toolkit for creative thinking, team leadership, and managing innovation from idea to validated concept.

Every unsolved problem in your organization, every unasked question your team hasn't thought to raise, is waiting on a spark of creative thinking. Yet most leadership development stops at surface level creativity hacks and never touches the cognitive habits underneath them. This course closes that gap, starting with your own creative habits before building outward to your team's culture. You'll dismantle the myths that convince capable people they aren't creative, then rebuild a physical and mental foundation for creative thinking that draws on your senses, your curiosity, and your imagination. You'll practice techniques for reframing problems, connecting unrelated ideas, using metaphor, and removing your own unconscious bias, then apply structured methods such as the SCAMPER technique and powerful questioning to turn those insights into ideas your business can act on. You'll also examine your own leadership behaviors and build the psychological safety, inclusion, and risk tolerance that let creative ideas surface from every level of your team. By the end of this course, you'll identify and clear the creative blind spots holding you back, apply a toolkit of proven techniques to generate and select novel ideas, and lead a team culture where creativity is expected rather than hoped for.

You don't need more talented people to build a more creative team. What actually determines whether your people take creative risks or play it safe is the everyday leadership climate you create, and most leaders were never taught the specific behaviors that shape it. You'll build a psychologically safe team climate where people feel free to speak up, celebrate the diverse perspectives that spark better ideas, and design real autonomy into how your team works. You'll shift from telling to asking, deliver feedback that fuels creative risk-taking instead of shutting it down, and structure 1-on-1 conversations around genuine momentum instead of status updates. Along the way, you'll build a shared vision, a culture of helping behavior, and the boundary-spanning connections that let good ideas travel across your organization. By the end, you'll have a practical set of leadership behaviors you can apply immediately to make your team's climate, collaboration, and coaching measurably more creative.

You know the frustration of watching a team burn days in a conference room, only to walk away with a pile of half-formed ideas that never survive contact with the market. Most organizations treat innovation as a matter of speed rather than precision, rushing toward solutions before anyone has agreed on the right problem to solve. In this course, you will practice a disciplined approach to managing innovation, starting with framing the real problem behind any challenge. You will apply root-cause and 5 Whys analysis to fixing existing systems, use value engineering to raise the value of current designs, and adopt TRIZ principles to generate breakthrough concepts for entirely new systems. You will also set measurable success criteria, facilitate more productive brainstorming sessions, and research patents and crowdsourcing platforms to validate concepts before committing resources. By the end of this course, you will have a repeatable toolkit for identifying the right problems, generating high-value concepts, and bringing innovative products, processes, and solutions to market with confidence.
