    • This module focuses on post-sanction credit monitoring systems in banks, including operational oversight, stock statement review, bills portfolio supervision, insurance verification, inspection processes, and identification of early warning signals to mitigate credit risk.
  • Documentation & Execution Controls
    • This module covers the legal and procedural aspects of loan documentation, including execution of credit documents, stamping requirements, authorization verification, special borrower considerations, limitation management, and safeguarding enforceability of bank claims.
  • Risk Evaluation & Portfolio Risk Management
    • This module explores credit risk evaluation, measurement methodologies, risk grading systems, portfolio diversification strategies, internal control mechanisms, and structured credit risk management frameworks adopted by banks to maintain asset quality and regulatory compliance.
