Participants will need the following:
- Oven
- Chef's knife
- Cutting board
- Cast iron or other oven-safe pans
- Medium-sized bowl
- Vegetable peeler
- Deep-sided saucepan to use as a fryer
- Spider or slotted spoon
- Paper towels
- Cookie sheet/baking tray
