Ingredients:
- 3 cups bread flour for a crisp, thin crust, or all-purpose flour for a softer, chewier crust. Gluten-free flour is available for those with dietary requirements.
- 1/2 cup semolina flour, bread flour, or all-purpose flour
- 2 packets of active dry yeast or 1 packet of instant yeast
- 1 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
- One 14-ounce can of San Marzano tomatoes or any quality 14-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 heads of fresh garlic
- Salt to taste
- Cheese of your choice, either shredded or fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, soy cheese, or other varieties
