- 3 cups of all-purpose flour (For Gluten-Free participants, please use gluten-free flour instead)
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup additional granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ounce sour mix or 1/2 ounce lemon juice plus 1 ounce simple syrup for appletini
- 9.5 ounces unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
Produce
- 2 lemons, fresh
- 5 apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Crispin varieties work well)
- 1/2 cup apple cider, or 1/4 cup for appletini
Alcohol
- 2 ounces apple vodka for appletini
