Join our chef for a hands-on dumpling-making class where you will learn to craft dumplings (餃子) entirely from scratch. Starting with a simple two-ingredient dough, you will prepare both pork and vegetable fillings, shape your dumplings by hand, and finish by cooking them using your choice of steaming, pan-frying, or boiling.
This ARTisan Dumpling Kit yields four batches of 20 dumplings, giving you plenty of opportunities to practice rolling, stuffing, and pleating. Keep things classic with single-color wrappers and traditional folds, or get creative with naturally colored dough and unique shapes.
No prior experience is required.
