In this class, you'll create your own personalized varietal markers for the world's most important international white grape varieties. You'll carefully examine the similarities and differences between different varietals and understand how they express themselves. The course incorporates global wine regions into the learning process, teaching you to recognize the unique differences between regional influences and varietal characteristics.
