During this hands-on course, students create their own detailed tasting profiles for the most significant international red wine grape varieties. Compare and contrast the distinctive characteristics between varietals. Additionally, explore global wine regions and their impact while students learn to distinguish between the effects of varietals and the influence of geography and regional practices on wine character and flavor.
