This course is designed for individuals using Microsoft Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010, and is conducted using Outlook 2019 software as the primary instructional platform. However, there are minimal differences between the 2019 version and earlier versions (2016, 2013, and 2010) from an end-user perspective. Our experienced instructors have worked extensively with all four versions and will promptly highlight the few minor changes to the user interface. Users of any of these four Outlook versions will find the 2019 software environment accessible and can readily apply the learning to their specific version.
