Considered one of the best “diets” for healthy eating, a Mediterranean diet is a plant-based diet that prioritizes whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, and unsaturated fats. This class series will teach you the main guidelines (not rules!) to follow and together we’ll learn three to four recipes in which participants may do together with the instructor or follow along, demo style. It’s a great way to learn to make healthy and sustainable food choices.

Each virtual class is approximately 90 to 120 minutes long. After registering you’ll receive a password-protected Zoom link along with a PDF formated prep packet complete with a shopping list, equipment list, and notes on advance prep.
