Making filled ravioli and tortellini by hand at home is fun, easy, and best of all - delicious.
You’ll be guided step-by-step as you mix the pasta dough by hand, incorporating the eggs or olive oil with the flour, adding salt, and kneading until the dough is soft and satiny. While the dough rests, you’ll make a filling and start a marinara sauce. Then, you’ll form, fill and shape ravioli, tortellini, and mezzaluna. After a quick dip in boiling water and a restaurant-quality saucing, dinner will be served.
When we are done, you'll have recipes, a huge plate of ready-to-enjoy filled ravioli and tortellini and the knowledge and confidence to make amazing pasta any time.
