This comprehensive online live webinar course serves construction professionals who are preparing to take the Site Safety Manager examination or seeking to register with the New York City Department of Buildings as a Site Safety Coordinator or Registered Construction Superintendent. The New York City Department of Buildings mandates completion of this course before candidates can take the written examination for the Site Safety Manager credential. Site Safety Managers are required to maintain on-site presence during the construction of new buildings that are 15 or more stories in height, exceed 200 feet in elevation, or have lot coverage exceeding 100,000 square feet. This course provides a comprehensive review of Chapter 33 and the Rules of the City of New York governing construction safety and site management.

Regulatory and Examination Fees:
Site Safety Manager exam applicants must pay a NYC DOB examination fee of $525, payable directly to the NYC Department of Buildings. This fee is separate from course tuition.
