    Knowing that it is okay to have emotional ups and down as a caregiver because it's not the person caring for alone that's stress but all other family members and the career are also stressed during the period of care. Caregivers are encouraged to take time off, do things they love doing and have a support system that can help them relieve stress.
    Caregivers are also enlightened to ask questions from the person cared for in order to prepare them for the end of life in time rather than waiting till an emergency happens.
