This course was important for strengthening my knowledge. To have an idea of how the analysis should be done through commands.

The videos are clear and well presented, and they provide a good introduction to phylogenetics and phylogenetic tree construction. However, the course would benefit from a clearer explanation of how to interpret phylogenetic trees, particularly the meaning of nodes, branch lengths, and clades. In addition, more explanation on SNP analysis and the purpose of concatenated phylogenetic trees would improve the overall understanding.
