I work with seniors 55 and better (older). This was a great breakdown and interesting detailed presentation. Not just for seniors, but myself and staff as well. This made a perfect checklist to insure our programs are providing a variety of exercises and aging classes. That we are covering the needed and focused areas of aging. Thank you and I will be looking forward to other courses.
