This course is closely linked to the school-running orientation of "cultivating people with morality and featuring teacher education", and in accordance with the requirements of "focusing on professional quality and cultivating students' practical skills in special training and teaching" in the training of professional talents, it achieves the following goals: 1. At the ability level, "know how to do": be able to independently formulate plateau training plans, skillfully use experimental technology, instruments and equipment, and analyze data; be proficient in using course virtual simulation software, and have innovative awareness and research ability; "know how to teach": reasonably use teaching methods to conduct plateau training teaching; "know how to use": be able to apply the knowledge of plateau training experiments to daily sports training and improve sports performance. 3.
