This course is closely linked to the school-running orientation of "cultivating people with morality and featuring teacher education", and in accordance with the requirements of "focusing on professional quality and cultivating students' practical skills in special training and teaching" in the training of professional talents, it achieves the following goals: 1. At the knowledge level, master the basic theory and frontier of plateau training; improve students' ability to use plateau environment and experimental technology for scientific research. 2. At the ability level, "know how to do": be able to independently formulate plateau training plans, skillfully use experimental technology, instruments and equipment, and analyze data; be proficient in using course virtual simulation software, and have innovative awareness and research ability; "know how to teach": reasonably use teaching methods to conduct plateau training teaching; "know how to use": be able to apply the knowledge of plateau training experiments to daily sports training and improve sports performance. 3. At the quality level, cultivate students' lifelong sports thinking, collectivist emotions and teamwork awareness, practice the Olympic spirit of "faster, stronger, higher", and improve teachers' moral cultivation.

1. The course adopts a design idea that combines theoretical knowledge teaching, experimental practice operation, and virtual simulation, and improves students' learning effect through the innovative teaching mode of "learning-practice-competition". 2. The course adopts a variety of modern teaching methods such as "teaching by case", "PBL grouping", and "flipped classroom", which highlights the practicality of the course and improves students' ability to connect theory with practice. 3. At the same time, the course teaching team complements each other's strengths. It is composed of teachers from universities and plateau training practice experts from the Institute of Sports Science, realizing the "integration of sports and education".
