This course will start with the fundamental theoretical knowledge of human resource management and provide a systematic explanation and analysis of its six core modules. Through this course, students will understand the history of human resource management theory and master the basic principles, functions, and methods of modern human resource management. They will learn about human resource planning, job analysis and design, employee recruitment and training, performance evaluation, compensation management, labor relations, and human resource management diagnosis. The course aims to cultivate students' scientific understanding of human resource management, enabling them to proficiently master the six core modules. This foundation will support further study in subsequent management courses and prepare students for future careers.
