    • This module focuses on job analysis as a critical HR function, covering its components, processes, and strategic importance. Learners will understand how job descriptions and specifications are developed and how job analysis contributes to competitive advantage and effective workforce planning.
  • Recruitment, Training & Employee Development
    • This module explores the processes of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. It highlights the importance of identifying talent, designing effective training programs, and developing skills to enhance employee performance and organizational success.
  • Compensation, Communication & Employee Value
    • This module examines employee communication, compensation management, and the role of non-monetary benefits in enhancing employee satisfaction. It also covers salary structures and the impact of employee contribution on organizational performance.
