ISO 37001 is the international standard for anti-bribery management systems (ABMS) — a structured, certifiable framework that helps organizations prevent, detect and respond to bribery, and demonstrate their anti-corruption commitment to regulators, business partners and the public. The 2025 edition is the current version of the standard, and this course covers it in full.

Leadership (Clause 5) — the roles of top management and the governing body, the anti-bribery policy, and the anti-bribery compliance function
Planning (Clause 6) — risks and opportunities, anti-bribery objectives, and planning actions to achieve them
Support (Clause 7) — resources, competence, employment processes, training and awareness, communication, and ABMS documentation
Operation (Clause 8) — the operational heart of the standard: due diligence on transactions, projects and business associates; financial and non-financial controls; rules for gifts, hospitality and other benefits; anti-bribery commitments from business associates; raising concerns (whistleblowing); and investigating and responding to suspected bribery
Performance evaluation (Clause 9) — monitoring and measurement, internal audits, and reviews by top management and the governing body
Improvement (Clause 10) — nonconformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement of the ABMS
