Postgraduate Admission Requirements
The entry requirements for the Master of Business Administration program include the following pathways:
- Possession of an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or its equivalent).
- A minimum of two years of work experience is required to ensure that candidates can fully benefit from the program and contribute value to their peers.
- Applicants who do not meet these entry requirements but successfully complete a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma at APIC will become eligible for admission to a Master's Degree.
English language requirements
All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
Non-native English speakers are required to meet one of the following criteria:
- Evidence of being instructed and assessed predominantly in English; OR
- Provide evidence of English equivalency as outlined below (subject to verification):
- IELTS Academic: Overall band score of 6.5 or higher, with a minimum score of 6.0 in writing and speaking.
- IBT (Internet-based TOEFL): Overall score of 79, with a writing section minimum of 21 and speaking minimum of 18.
- Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): Overall score 180, with writing and speaking scores of 180.
- Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): Overall score of 176, with a minimum score of 169 in writing and speaking.
- PTE Academic Module: Minimum score of 58, with a writing and speaking section minimum of 50.
