Postgraduate Admission Requirements

The entry requirements for the Graduate Diploma of Business Managementprograminclude the following pathways:

  • successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or higher awarded by a recognised university or higher education institution, in any discipline; OR
  • successfully completed an Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma awarded by a recognised university or higher education institution, in any discipline, AND have at least two years full-time managerial and/or professional work experience in a related field; OR
  • a minimum of three years of full-time managerial and/or professional work experience in a related field; OR
  • a minimum of five years of full-time general work experience in a related field.

English language requirements

All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.

Non-native English speakers are required to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Evidence of being instructed and assessed predominantly in English; OR
  • Provide evidence of English equivalency as outlined below (subject to verification):
    • IELTS Academic: Overall band score of 6.5 or higher, with a minimum score of 6.0 in writing and speaking.
    • IBT (Internet-based TOEFL): Overall score of 79, with a writing section minimum of 21 and speaking minimum of 18.
    • Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): Overall score of 180, with writing and speaking scores of 180.
    • Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): Overall score of 176, with a minimum score of 169 in writing and speaking.
    • PTE Academic Module: Minimum score of 58, with a writing and speaking section minimum of 50.
