Every organization has someone deciding what the team builds next, and how well that person does their job determines whether the team delivers real value or just stays busy. This course gives product owners and product managers a practical set of tools for leading well in a fast-moving, agile environment. You'll identify your key stakeholders and build an adaptive product roadmap that holds up when priorities shift. You'll trust your team with more ownership while sharing the business context that helps them make confident decisions on their own. You'll deliver work in smaller, frequent pieces that protect your team's ability to adapt, and build the persistence and Scrum Master partnership that keep an agile transformation alive past its first setback. By the end of this course, you'll apply a complete set of agile product management practices, from stakeholder mapping through sustained team leadership, to consistently ship products your organization and customers value.

Every project runs on the people connected to it, yet most project managers can describe their deliverables in more detail than the person who could quietly stall them for months. This course gives you a framework for figuring out exactly who your stakeholders are and how much of your attention each one deserves. You'll classify each stakeholder using two measures, power and interest, and place them on a Stakeholder Placement Chart with four quadrants. From there, you'll build a tailored plan for each type: champions and adversaries who hold both power and interest, gatekeepers who can quietly block your progress, vocal supporters and critics without formal authority, and quiet stakeholders who just need a courtesy notice. You'll practice these skills through dialogues and role plays built around stakeholders pulled from everyday project scenarios. By the end of this course, you'll be able to classify any project stakeholder by power and interest, build a plan matched to their quadrant, and adjust your approach to turn critics into supporters and gatekeepers into allies.
