This course helps you “understand your body and care for it” using plain language and everyday examples. Week 1 explains why body literacy matters and covers the brain/CNS, cardiac rhythm & circulation, and the mechanics of breathing. Week 2 follows the journey of food—digestion and absorption in the stomach, small and large intestines—and clarifies liver & biliary roles in metabolism and detox. Week 3 turns to lifestyle: principles of healthy eating, the FITT framework and benefits of aerobic/resistance/flexibility/balance training, plus mind-care and stress management (sleep hygiene, mindfulness, journaling). Week 4 moves beyond a strict mind–body split to a whole-person, salutogenic perspective; you will design a personal health journey, align habits with values, and practice SMART goal-setting and relationship balance.Learning activities: a weekly 5-question multiple-choice quiz , a Self-care diary), and a cumulative assessment in Week 5
. Checklists, mini-tasks, and prompts make it easy to apply what you learn immediately.※ Educational purposes only; not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. ____
