Greatly underlook, very heavily underrated, and I think this is an essential soft skill that can become a formal subject of education, especially in the digital era. Think of this as an exercise that keeps you mentally or emotionally healthy, by minimizing negative responses or reactions from you, and negative feedback toward you.
