This course shows different videos on the right way of coaching employees. GROW Model, a very useful tool in coaching was one of the methods used. The way of communicating is important. A coach must always be curious. Reflection conversation creates a pause to anchor learning, growth, and result. It is also important to always have open-ended questions for the coachee, such as: What do you think about...? A Discovery questionnaire is used to assess an employee's current role. asking the employee a question like, What do you love about your work? This questionnaire captures achievement and goals.
